Welcome to the East Region user group!
2 MIN READ What is this group for? First of all, this group is for you. The purpose is to provide a place where all of you in the East Region can connect, where you can find answers, and help others find theirs. Where you can share your knowledge and experiences with each other. And on top of all of that, be surrounded by a treasure of good attitude, positive behavior and local empowerment. Who should join? Any of our customers, partners or developers in the East Region! Here are some key elements to consider in your role as member: You have a need, then propose topics to the group. The group have connections and are members of the broader community, so help is on the way. You have a good experience or business case to share. Let others know about it! It is a bidirectional relationship, as you receive you can also give. Keep in mind that there is always someone that is probably dealing with some aspects of the products that you already resolved or addressed. Be the one that could help a colleague. Make the East Region strong, invite your colleagues and provide feedback if there is something that needs to be addressed. We are all volunteers and users as you, with the only goal of interacting with other local users. When you join, be sure to introduce yourself! Where to provide feedback or ask questions? Use the group’s forum to discuss topics and ask questions of your fellow East Region group members. Where to submit an idea? We’d love to hear from you! Please use this group’s Idea Exchange to add ideas or vote on other member’s ideas! When submitting a new idea, please include details around your particular use case and the level of impact the request may have.
